do longterm to-do-lists that involve immediate things such as "memorize lines" or "clean room" count?

anyway, this has been my feels-like-mandatory comment on someone's lj i've just befriended, as my way of saying "hey, look. i'm reading your posts now."
it's funny, as I was writing my "to-do-list" I didn't plan for it to be long term, but because of my talented procrastinating skills it became that. good point non-the-less. I'll try to remember that for my winter break to-do-list that I probably won't complete until spring break.
anyhow, hi friend, and I'm wishing you happier holidays than I, as I am being forced to listen to Clay Aiken's "Merry Christmas with Love" cd. Blah. See you next year :)
