I'm not sure who it was exactly. I think I heard about this when I was a sophomore, the guy was a freshman. I remember hearing that he was sent to some boot camp, and that the place was in Jamaica because the things they do there are illegal in the States. His friends were trying to get him out of there. The name Tranquility Bay sounds very familiar to me.
