I was told I would be contacted directly by the president of the organisation regarding the schedule of meetings. Not only did she not contact me, but I didn't hear a word from my co-coach from last year. So when some of my students asked why he had called them to say HE was coaching, not me, I called him.
He claims to have left "dozens" of messages. And basically, he found a new coach when "he couldn't reach me."
The whole thing is total bullshit and I know most of my team won't come back now.
