[soft music can be heard]

Oh-- it really works! That's quite odd, isn't it? I've never seen a monster with an aversion to music. Although I suppose I have never seen a monster made of hair, either...

I wonder what other sort of music it responds to?

Umi-san said it likes lemon cakes, as well. Just those? Lemon is a tasty flavor, though, I will ( Read more... )

what the buh?, i can be helpful!, must experiment now, brb investigatin, kind of a hermit sometimes, curse: unseen monster, healing magic go!, at least we like the same pastries, let it eat cake!, yeah maybe not a beck fan, tl;dr

[It seems to come and go, but less so now that the creatures... mother has apparently appeared.]

[Apparently so. She seems to be looking for her son, now, but...

I believe it's best to let her be, since she threatened to hurt anyone that got in her way.]

Yes, I think you're right. It's a mother's instinct to protect her young, after all...

I wonder if the creature is perhaps an infant, then? Or at least very young.

No, which is peculiar. Though, that's not the oddest thing.

I see...so, just this artist? That's very strange. I wonder why it's that one in particular...

Oh? What would you say is the oddest thing?

I meant that the thing has yet to come after me. And apparently it's the same for others.

I see... Then perhaps the people it does attack are not chosen at random.

Such terms are unneccessary when a unique aspect of this particular vocal frequency may explain the behavior. However, according to research: none.

Perhaps... I suppose it is rather unusual, after all.

As I've heard. Does it react to every song done by this person?

All titles have proven equally effective.

I see... While I would like to believe that the creature is opposed to it because of its strange nature, I'll admit I'm uncertain. If it is repelled by this strange music, why would other strange music not have the same effect...?

My, that sounds like something Umi-san would say! I think many aspects of the situation can be described as "weird," really. Hopefully they have not caused too much danger, though...

Umi-san? I know an Umi-san!

Well, that thing's a danger to my cakes!

My roommate was hurt. But...it's nothing serious.

I am sorry to hear that, Yuuki-san... Are they in need of healing?

No...it's just some bumps and bruises. I just worry about something like it happening again.

That's good, at least... Though I'll admit, I have the same worry. Perhaps if we knew more about the creature and why it appeared here in the first place, we would be able to prevent the same thing happening again.
