So my World of Warcraft account got hacked. Awesome. It looks like all of my characters are still there, but all their gear has been deleted/sold. Sweet. So I call and get a new password, and I spend all day scouring my computer, running scans, etc. to get rid of the key logger. Then I get an email saying that my account's been banned for
