I'd even pretend I liked you, and wait to see you off at the gate! (Who am I kidding? I'd be an inconsolable mess...sort of like "MIRANDA! I LOVE YOU! DON'T LEAVE ME!" and then you'd remind me it was just for a weekend, and I might stop crying, I might not.)
