I love me a good baby-daddy controversy, especially one involving a 90-year-old starlet.

God, I hope so!

I'm just waiting for Mark Harris, the widower of Martha Raye (who describes himself as "ever the gracious and charming host and dazzling showman," to come forward with his own claims of an affair.

Oh GB, wouldn't THAT just be the icing on this very, VERY weird cake?

Smith's Baby's Dad anonymous February 9 2007, 21:39:56 UTC
Rumor from out of Florida: The father of Smith's baby is her son, the one that just died. That's why she was fighting the paternity test. He and Anna couldn't handle it and over medicated themselves.

Heard that on the radio so it must be true.

I think she's both mother and father to the kid, like Cartman's mom.

One of the possible fathers, Larry Birkhead, has his lawyer demanding a DNA test on ANS.

"Attorneys for Larry Birkhead wanted to be sure Anna's DNA was tested, to prevent what they call a "bait and switch," where another child's DNA would be used as a sample."

Lawd almighty. It's the Grand Central Station of trainwrecks, and a new train is arriving every eight minutes to ram the previous ones and explode in a ten-story fireball.

And somewhere out there is a child actress whose future role as little Daniellynn Smith will make her the Shirley Temple of the 21st century. Maybe the screenwriters can have Daniellynn living in an attic and being a scullery maid before the rich prince shows up to whisk her away.

Well, now she's finally famous for a reason, and it's her death.
