you know, natural disasters suck and all, but sometimes with the right preperation disaster could be avoided.  However, when funding is cut, it is very difficult to maintain vital safety precautions.

I know this is off topic, but I saw there is a copy of Destiny's Child "Survivor" at the dowtown exchange for $7 used. If you buy it for me using your sweet ass discount I will not only pay you back in full but also give you a kiss on the cheek.
