Seriously though -- I'm not going to hide the fact that I like Roberts. but whats-her-name seems about as qualified to be a supreme court justice as the fella they had running FEMA.

Have you seen the photo of her and Bush from 6 Aug 2001? Where she's handing him a memo? You know, that one entitled BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK TARGETS IN THE US?

She's worthless. And as much as I'd love to have someone who is essentially going to fall into irrelevancy once the Bush gravy train derails, I'd rather not have someone of her, ah, particular kind of brilliance involved with SCOTUS.
