Ok, so after miraculously scoring tickets to the second advanced screening of Serenity when so many other fans haven't even been able to see it once, I felt a bit guilty (and geeky, for seeing the same movie on my own... twice), and decided I'd give the ticket to one of my friends instead.

You were there? The whole of kind robot(+1, zeunges) was there, front row! I could smell Nathan, he was so close to us. And honestly for a guy he was quite pleasing to the olfactory senses. ;)

Where were you? I can kind of remember someone who looked like you maybe in line. I yelled something like "yeah!!.. waiting!!!Yeah!!" to the camera on the way in. cafferine yelled "show me penus" at Nathan. Yeah, I know. Just one of those weird things she does. (and the wrong spelling is on purpose, whatever that purpose may be)

Wasn't that shiny??

We must keep track and finally shake hands at one of these things.

Yep. I was the tall skinny guy in the tan "Blue Sun" shirt sitting in the corner seat over by the left-hand entrance.

If it hadn't been so bloody hot that afternoon, I might have even come in costume. Sadly, that would have mainly consisted of swapping coats, strapping on a gun belt, and leaving the hat in the car.

Definitely shiny. I wonder if they're going to do any more advanced screenings between now and September, or if this was the last one?

My money's on there being at least one more, but probably not until August or early September.

Umm... It pretty late when I got back home, but I did have to detour around a shit ton of fire trucks near the railroad tracks on 21st and P.

I take it I mised some excitement?

And tried to say hi afterward, but there was so much chaos in the theater that I was just sort of being herded in different directions.

Sorry. I didn't actually see where you were sitting until after the two browncoats had begun speaking, and afterwards was a bit of a muddle.

But I did furtively glace over during key points in the movie to see if you and Mal had begun making out yet. :)
