If I could sleep forever

Dammit. The Dandy Warhols are playing a secret show with Spider Silk Dress and The Low Flying Owls just a couple of blocks away, but I already know there's no way I can stay awake until they go on, and then drag my ass off to another 13hr workday on only 3hrs sleep.

That's cinched it. I'm finding a new job.

what! what! how did you know!? are they playing another one?? why has god forsaken me.

I got a call a little before midnight, right as SSD were sound checking, so yeah... not much warning at all.

I'm pretty sure it was a last minute thing, because I had members of both bands and the person who phoned me sitting in my livingroom on Sunday night (part of the reason I was so wiped out Monday), and nobody even hinted about playing a gig like this.

I don't know if there will be any others, but I know they like playing with the Low Flying Owls, so I hope so.
