whats really sad is that more people were in favor of prop 78 than prop 79...

Yeah, logically those numbers should be reversed. It doesn't make any sense.

Anyone who believes pharmaceutical companies will voluntarily lower their prices to help low-income patients, probably already has their entire life savings tied up in bridge stock.
