[ On the video screen Aidoo is flashing an old fashion blackboard. - It was a good thing he bought it to help with Yuuki's Math! - Ahem, but that's beside the point. The point here is Aidou was pissed and needed to share it.
Scribbling across the board, he eyes the fansuwoth with a scowl before shoving the board at the video screen.
(
What was that noise, and... )
So, you would rather be female, then, senpai?

[ immediate dismissal ] Of course not. I'm perfect exactly as I am.

Hmm. You're right. The new-found silence suits you well.

I can still say plenty of things without a voice!
[ although it did diminish his image a little. OTL ]

Point taken, and it'll take less effort to tune you out.

[Pauses] And in case you haven't noticed, she's taken care of. [internal sigh. :|] But it's fine that you're around, regardless.

I wouldn't call making sure she's well fed as being taken care of.
[ reluctantly, a few seconds later ]
But I'm glad you were here when she arrived. Who knows what trouble she would have gotten into otherwise.
Reply
I wouldn't do so if I didn't want to, senpai. You should know that by now. [a touch quieter.] That's hardly the only thing I'm doing for her, anyway.
[A slight crease in his brow, gaze shifted.]
Yeah. Agreed.

Maybe not, but I can hardly give you the go ahead to just do what you want with her either. Like it or not, she's still engaged. But-- [ he hated the text limiter! Quickly scribbling another message. ]
But of course I realize things are different here. I just don't have to like it. [ because in the end, here or there, Aidou was the one who'd be punished. ]

I don't need your permission for anything. And neither does she; Yuuki has been making her own choices here. She's capable of that, whether you want to believe so or otherwise.
And I don't care if you don't like it. Either way, that person would never know of any of it. [his look sharpens again as he speaks, words slowly coated in acid.] There's no recollection of this place when you return home, except maybe as a distant dream.

I *know* she can make her own choices. She does that all the time! It's Kaname I'm worried about. He'd taste it in her blood.
[ Or did you forget that Zero? No matter what you remember or don't remember. It stays in the blood. ]

[Which, personally, he doesn't entirely like the idea of, at this point and how close they've grown. How there's no secrets between them...
A brief, sharp and humorless laugh. Annoyed.]
Even so, he fled after that incident, anyway, didn't he? You were even there.
Reply
I was there, and I'm sure he had a good reason for what he did. [ he hoped, because that's what he's putting his trust in. That there was a good reason for this whole mess. ]
If this is never meant to happen, why put us through all this? [ this is why he can't believe it all disappears. Where is the evidence for it? ]

...But, really? Aidou certainly seems more calm about the incident now, than when they spoke at the association. tch. He lost a family member, yet thinks there's good reason for it?
Whatever.]
The hell if I know. You're asking the wrong person.
