[And he begins measuring--across the shoulders, down the arms, down his back to the specified length. Then around his chest twice--once over and once under the arms.]

[Then waist too.] Alright, that's everything, unless you want pants to go with or something.

[He stayed still, and tried to keep his posture straight, as Kanji noted his measurements.

No no, just the cloak is fine, I can pick up clothing from anywhere really.

It'll take a while to finish it up, but I should have no problems with this.

Then he finally names a figure, and frankly, it's probably much too low.]

That should cover it? Cotton's probably better for a coat you'll wear a lot--but I can give it a silk lining and stuff... If there's extra left over at the end, I'll give it back.

The cloak is just a bonus, I'm wanting to help others around here more than worry about regaining clothing I've lost.
