Note for Dating Sites

If I mark "Wants kids" as "Yes" for me AND my ideal match - how are people who don't want kids a match? It's not like its a SMALL difference.

wtf?

dating, wtf, 2010

I think they place "quota" above ideals....

I've gotten that feeling. That's not even taking into account the body type mismatches....

Well fair enough if they want to make you a 'Not keepers but you might want a little somethin' somethin' whilst you look for one' list, but yeah - I've listed factors as dealbreakers (there's a 'how important is this to you' box) before and come back matched against my exact opposite not in a million years thing as 88% compatible. If it's a dealbreaker surely they should default to 0%

I'm checking this off as a failed experiment and moving on to somehting else. I can meet guys who aren't compatible on my own. LOL

There are other, specific sites I use for the "somethin' somethin'" in the mean time. ;-)

I know at least on OkCupid, even the "absolutely" check box on their questions only gives it a really high rating. If you match someone on a thousand questions, except that one, it probably won't overbear those other thousand questions.

I see the logic but there are some things which are just non-negotiable. They should factor that in somehow.

Just put it in your profile text that it's a main priority for you.

If they don't want to have kids, still have them send you naked pictures, which you can forward to me.
