Largely because the workplace has gone with the default WebSense filters that block all 'personal blogging' sites. Oddly enough, Facebook isn't blocked, so I can wander past cubicles full of folks who have a separate browser window open with FarmYo Wars running as they rush to harvest their urban drug crop (or whatever it is those silly apps do. Yeah, I was wondering if the 'interrupted' bike ride had taken the vim out of ur literary endeavors as well. Good to see you back-ish.
And apparently, it's a trend at most work places to do the social blocking thing. No prob at my work -- computer's too old to handle most sites!

Two weeks after the 'interrupted' ride, I went out and did 35 miles with no problems. Getting a handle on hydration and fueling takes a little work, but I'm starting to get it.
