I was thinking about writing on Obama's historic win last night, but instead I thought, "No, experience this. Fully."; and that is what I did. Immediately upon watching the results coming through on the BBC's live video coverage I started calling people. I am so relieved that McCain wasn't elected, not even so much because of him, but because of Sarah Palin. that is exactly what i have been saying! when he was doing his concession speech and she was crying, i was like: and you were supposed to be VP? and you are CRYING? harden up, lady.

Yeah, I guess I can't fault anyone too much for crying, but still. Picking her was such a tacky, pandering, total chump-ass move. There have been some embarrassing veeps (Quayle), but she would have really taken the cake.

McCain wasnt crying, and he had just lost the presidency! look, i cry at the drop of a hat, but if you are going to be the first person behind the figurehead for this country, you cant be crying.

THERE'S NO CRYING IN THE WHITE HOUSE!!!
