I know this is kind of a long shot since it is rather dead here, but there are still some followers.. I'm just curious if anyone here has any experiences with the country place townhomes, since I am thinking of a sublease there, but the apartment review website makes it sound pretty terrible. I've never had any experience with Country Place, but I lived in two nearby complexes in the past 5 years: Campus West and Campus View. I can't remember a lot about utilities except for that the water bills could be outrageous (over $100
