On another note, I finally saw all of Exile. Yayz! Definitely Alex = Zechs and Sophia = Une, except that Zechs ends up dying at the end with Une mourning him. Unfortunately he's so lacking in personality that it wasn't sad to me at all when he died, although it was sad when Dio died, at least in Japanese. In English he sounds like a flaming faggot. Waaaaah ( ... )

I watched the whole thing in English as I was watching on Netflix. If there's a way to change the language, I don't know it. I thought I remembered Delphine mentioning something about keeping the population down cuz there wasn't enough water (supposedly) for the poor people-and only a few elite people got the benefit of enjoying tons of nice water.

I didn't like what motivation they gave Alex, so I have already started thinking on my own version of him. ^^ *makes him better* Actually, I'm afraid I may do to Last Exile what I do to Gundam Wing and make my own changes to "improve" upon it. XD

But Exile turned was a ship that took the characters up into space and then later to Earth! Although I don't understand all of it. Hm. *definitely takes Alex and Vincent though, and maybe gives Sophia to Une as a sister or cousin*

Yup yup, I remember someone saying that Exile was an immigrant ship before they even found it out in space, and it was easy to see that the blue star in the poem was earth, but what was the point of it turning from one ship into another ship? And who built it, and why was Al the only one who could activate it? And was it how people first got on Earth billions of years ago or is it intended that it will take people to Earth in the future?

I thought that people from Earth went to their planet and made it, and then they forgot technology or something, but I'm probably wrong.

I agree that there are still a lot of questions, and I don't have answers to most. ^^; I have no idea how Al got to be the way she was, or what happened to the people.

I didn't feel any chemistry with Dunya at all-like they just threw her in there and forced her parts.
