Ah, team :) Ah, Danny :) Oh, Steve *pats him*

Well done dear, well done. Just hits the spot. excellent dialogue - its not easy writing a fic that's mostly dialogue and you did a great job! :)

I love them all so much (and I want to pat Steve, too :D)!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Writing a story that is mostly a phone conversation was a challenge, but fortunately Steve and Danny made it work. ;-) Aw, thank you so much! ♥

Yep, still awesome. ♥

Fyi, it looks like your AO3 and ff.net links are broken.

OMG, I love your icon! Yay for Super Beta! :D :D :D

Thank you so much! :)

Ops, thanks for catching that - how embarrassing. It's fixed now. I think.

P.S. I really need to go to bed. *g*

Thanks! My friend sirona_gs made it for me as a present; I used to beta for her all the time ...I actually feel kind of awkward using it, like, HERE, LET ME TOOT MY OWN HORN, haha. But... eh, I do kind of beta a lot, so.

Oh snap, you're right, it is pretty late over there! Go to sleeeeeeeep~.

That's a sweet present and very fitting, too, I think. ;-)

*yawns* I wonder why I don't feel awake today. *g*

You wrote a tag for this episode, too? I will have to track that down - now that I've finished my own, I love reading other people's codas for 2x13 (if your story's not posted on LJ and you happen to get a review from "Gwalchmai" on ff.net or AO3, that's me). I'm very glad you enjoyed my tag and liked the way I wrote both Danny and Steve!

Thank you so much! :)

I know what you mean. HTML can be a real challenge and posting a story on LJ takes me a lot longer than on ff.net.

You're very welcome! :) I love all the different ways fans/authors see the episodes and react to them. Sometimes, it's more the tags I read than the episode itself that make an episode special to me!

That was awesome. I haven't seen this episode yet but I'm looking forward to it. Doing this as a phone conversation was a great way to deal with Danny looking after Steve.
Well done.

Thank you, I'm very glad you enjoyed my story! :) This episode is really intense, I hope you'll get to see it soon! It was the last episode aired in my country before the summer break, so I was stuck with it for weeks. ;-)

Writing a story that basically consists of a phone conversation was a challenge at first, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I think Steve would never have opened up like that otherwise.

Sometimes I wonder how Steve can go on with all the betrayals around him. I think Joe's genuine in his desire to protect Steve, but he's really too tough and hardboiled to be likable... Tough love, like Steve would say, but I don't think it's doing him any good... Love what you did in this fic, Steve's sadness and memory flashes, Danny's reaction and anger on Steve's behalf. Beautiful coda piece, and thanks a lot for sharing it!

I think you see Joe the same way I do. I believe he really want to protect Steve and do what's best for him, but I don't think he's taking into account how much he's hurting Steve in the process... The way Joe treats him really makes me ache for Steve sometimes. I'm very glad you loved my story and the way I wrote the characters and their emotions. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing! :)
