Six weeks left . . . Hope I make it

It has been a little more than a month since I got out of the hospital.  It was the second time this year I ended up in a hospital with a doctor telling me I should be dead.  I seem to be making a habit of almost dying.  I was admitted for Colitis; a severe inflammation of the colon.  Eleven days of trying to figure out what had made me so damn

I work in medicine and I have an idea of how hard it is to live your life on pain meds, I hear the horror stories every day. My thoughts are with you.
I am amazed at how you are able to keep pushing on. Most people I know would have quit school along time ago due to the pain and medical problems.
You truly are an amazing person and I am really looking forward to getting to know you better. I wish you the best. Take care of yourself. See you when you get back to California.
