I'm not generally scared to do anything big or what normal people find scary - I don't mind travelling alone or talking in front of a crowd, etc... I get scared doing small, insignificant things. I get scared calling up the bank/council/job thingies - I generally hate phones and sometimes have to write down what I am going to say because I get nervous and forget what I am talking about. But it's one of those things that get better with practise.
I get scared telling people how I truly feel about things because I'm worried they will reject/riddicle/dismiss them (they is my little feelings! They don't want to get squished!). So I find being extremely honest about how I feel (only with things that are in relation soley to me) scary.

I was scared going sky diving.

I get paranoid/scared if I am near a platform edge that someone will push me onto the tracks just as a train comes, so I always stand side on and brace myself as the train approaches. Yup. Me? I am COOL!
