My first post in Chlollie-dom! I had to review 'Shield' I DVR'd it and finally watched it and this will probably be my only review of the year, so bear with me...not sure how this will work. (Warning: a lot of sarcasm ahead ( Read more... )

I like sarcasm. It's the only way to take SV.

1. LOL but very true.

2. Yeah fake Cat Grant bothered me more and more with each new scene. I don't know why I kept feeling they were drawing parallels with Chloe.

3. He has super speed???

4. That scene made me so freaking mad. I can't even comprehend how Clark can possibly compare Lois leaving to Africa and Chloe trading herself for Oliver to a bunch of torturers!!!

5. This is SV were tptb just tells us what we are suppose to feel for characters instead of actually developing them and their relationships. Besides for me the Shayera/Hawkman was more Chlollie than SVClois.

6. LOL!!! Or perhaps "excessive eye rolling may cause you to convulse with fits of laughter"
I still say Clark stole the red jacket from Lighting Lad of the Legion.

7. Who else would they get?? It's not like Clark has the time or know-how to actually do the research himself.

1. I thought he was ok earlier seasons but slowly as Clark becomes "superman" the more wooden and bland he comes.

2. Annoying ,uh it's supposed to cute but i just wanted to smack her

3. maybe Ollies got powers we don't know about lol

4.Hated Clark here,he know's were lois is and even has someone looking over her ,it's not the same as your girlfreind being tortured and faking her own death and not knowing wher she is.He looked bad for even comparing.I loved ollie in this scene he sounded 10 times the hero clark is.

5. ED has improved (she's actually alot better than tw) but clois is dull .Maybe it's because i know how it's going to end it makes their drama very boring to me.

6 How is that better than the black TPTB,lame lame.But it suits what clark has become lol

7. Uh very annoyed ,I love tess but she's a bad guy and clark shoud have been more warey. And he looked like an idiot and lazy going to Tess when he has watchtower .

With each new episode they just make me hate Clark more and more!!!

Gwen, please don't let this be your only post in Chlollie land... you must keep watching and writing. This was awesome and I pretty much agree with every word! For #7, I think CF did ok with the exposition, JH too but I think AM will be totally missed. And even with HM and all the guest stars, man this show feels light on characters.

Anyway, loved this .. please at least review the JH/Oliver/Chloe-related stuff on YT. ;-)

I'll still post in Chlollie-Ville LC, but probably no more reviews. I DVR the show and usually fast forward the stuff I don't want to watch and that leaves me with, like...10 minutes of show. This was the first time I didn't fast forward and well...this post was the result.

I wish I was a writer because I love the fanfics on this site.

I Agree with everything in this review Gwen, sarcasm is like oxygen to me lol I'm the sarcastic 1 in my family. I wish I you had quit sooner Skauble, I left when Cameo!Chloe arrived and just YTed her scenes instead of watching live. It gets easier when you replace it with a show thats actually, ya know GOOD. With Chloe gone it's even easier I made the sad mistake of watching this episode in hopes of there being a Chlollie flashback... lessoned learned back to YT for me ( ... )

This everthing you said is how I feel ,it really makes me sad what's happened to Clark ,I used to adore him . Now chloe gone ,ollie is the only real hero left imo. They are not perfect e t but they realize that doing the right thing is not allways easy.Clark IMO is all flash and no substance as a hero IMO he likes the good stuff about it but is unwilling to get his hands dirty ,it's why CHlollie didn't let him in last year.

I think the majority of people wanted to slap Cat Grant everytime she opened her mouth!
Clark is a worldclass jerk where Chloe's concerned always has been and always will be! I so would pay to see Chloe rip him a new one for always putting her last yet somehow demanding she put him first*cough Persuasion cough*! I mean she's his friend and friends don't let friends turn themselves over to be tortured and don't try and rescue them. Because you can bet that if it were him Chloe would have the League kicking all kinds of ass to get him back. And he can't even muster enough to worry about her?! WTF?!
