thanks! i'm totally pumped about the pond, although due to my dog, i fear for the welfare of any kind of aquatic life. maybe lily pads?

oh wow, congrats. zeke and i are will be looking for a house soon too (our lease runs up in October) but our only problem is that we do not know where we want to live (we'd like to move out of PA completely). that will be amazing if you get it because if i'm reading it right, your monthly payment really won't be bad at all! (we pay almost $600 a month for rent, and that's not including electricity). congrats again!

thanks! the payment is probably going to be a little closer to 650 because of taxes and insurance, but we're still really happy with it. Our rent is 650 right now, and this house is about 40 min closer to work than our current place.
