Grow up? I don't think I have, honestly. I've never really fucking "grown up", let alone in one specific place. I guess we could start from where I was born... born in New Haven, Connecticut. Raised by my dad and my Mom, until I killed mom during childbirth. Then I was raised by various boarding schools. The only "raising" my dad ever did was
