love life
I am very happy. This past week has been great. We happily made it through our first week of marriage :) It feels the same as before, but I have a pretty ring a man who vowed to be with me for the rest of his life. It's such a warm feeling! Friends and family are slowly adding their photos to facebook.
At my bachelorette- in pink is my cousin (maid of honor) and on my right is saba, my best friend I met my first day at University. she was a bridesmaid.
In my bridal suite before the ceremony- all my bridesmaids and my 'man of honor', george (he goes by boom_box here on LJ when he posts once in a blue moon.

finally getting to have some fun! I was stealing george's "sex on the beach" drinks all night!
OK, besides marriage stuff, brandon and i HOSTED our first ever thanksgiving dinner at the house. It was quite ambitious after being home from vegas only 1 full day, but it went really well. We had a great turkey stuffed with my dads stuffing recipe and all the fixens! We're still working on leftovers.
AND, we have booked so many awesome events for the honeymoon!
1) I am taking brandon to an NFL game for his bday which happens to me our 2nd day in New Orleans.
2) we're going on a plantation tour
3) swamp tour
4) walking tour of the historic bars
5) jazz dinner cruise on a steamboat
6) and today I will pre-purchase our tickets for the Audubon zoo and auqarium.
