I am so glad that you made it through that ordeal to have your new birthday come around.
I have been watching a serious on PBS called 'The Mysterious Human Heart', which is a multi-part documentary about, well, the heart and all of its bits and problems.
Early last week, I was watching the episode called 'The Spark of Life' where they talked about long QT. I told my wife about you and your brother. We both found the show quite interesting.
It is terrible that you had to lose your brother to this. That being said, it is so wonderful that your karate partners and friends were around when you had your incident, and that they were able to react and save your life.
The world is definitely a better place with you. I am so very glad you are still here to share this life with the rest of us.
You are awesome!!! The special sounds interesting - I wonder if they have that episode online. I think its so cool that just by journals, you know about my heart condition and are aware of it - education is so important as it's still misdiagnosed so frequently.
I miss my brother but I do believe that he lived life which is more than a lot of people can say. And I am so SO SOOOOOO thankful that my cardiac arrest worked out as it did and I had not just 1 person who knew CPR but 4!
