Hehe, I heartily approve of most of these, especially indian food! I have to confess I'm not familiar with 'Garam' though, mind telling me what it is? I tend to get Tikka Masala when we go to our favorite Indian place. I have a really bad oven/stove so I don't cook much, sadly.

Oh, and I'd love a letter :D

Garam Masala is a blend of spices used in Indian food... IT always smells like home to me.
