a friend of mine from home went there, nice campus and my roommate from college is from Geneva. The lake is beautiful. Sounds like it was an awesome time.

it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was pretty bad, but there was a Friendly's down the road so it's all good.

One of the cool things about going to ST this year was that I was starting to recognize (and be recognized by) other martial artists. I only get to see some of these women twice a year, so it's pretty cool that these prominent women are getting to know who I am. It's kinda like getting recognized by Oprah or Ellen (IMHO).

That is pretty great, to be recognized. I've had a similar reaction to now that I'm writing for one of the most popular comic book news websites, comics pros that I really respect and enjoy have been getting a chance to see some of my work (rather than seeing me as just another fanboy).

Oh yeah, I'm Dave, don't think I've properly introduced myself, I see you went to Sienna. Did you know a kid named Adam Lutz from there? It seems like you were in the same class as he and I. I went to St. Bonaventure where I first started in shorin-ryu karate and now I train in kenpo karate. Hope you have a great day.

The name sounds familiar - but then again it's a small school. I'll have to check my year book to put a face to the name. Sorry to be so brief - I have to run out to work now.
