What a bastard. Can you get some kind of restraining order against him to keep him from you and your kids, too? That way, if he did come near any of you, he would end up with his sorry ass straight back in jail.

I live. :) I don't post very often (well, next to never) because I do most stuff in an old fashioned paper journal. I figure that way when I die, my descendants will be left with something tangible.

If he's getting out of prison, you can bet he's got a parole officer. They don't let sex offenders out without them -- even if they've done their full time.

Send the cease and desist. And contact his PO. He'll be back living off the taxpayers sooner than he thinks.
