Due to unforeseen circumstances, this was my last week teaching my adult special education class. I am very sad to say goodbye to them, since I have been teaching the class for approximately 16 weeks. They were an amazing class that brought me a lot of joy, and my assistants were awesome.

Maybe? MAYBE??!!! Of COURSE you are wrong about that - not only was it obviously NOT a complete failure (you turned out great) you can do it again any time you want. Never feel like you are unworthy of something - except maybe a punch in the face. I'd prefer not to be worthy of a punch in the face. But other than that, you deserve the best of everything. That includes education.

You know, I have been in need of a good walkabout for some now. I spend too much time boxed up inside of my head, but never able to make heads or tails of what I need. I have more clarity when I am outside and away from the realities of my life. To put all of it perspective again. I can't even really remember the last time I was able to do that ( ... )
