It worries me. It worries me how someone's environment can completely determine who they are. And I'm positive it's happened to me. But I hope it's left me with more good than harm.. I suppose I agree. It's just hard for me to accept some people's ideas when they seem to so basically infringe on and disturb the lives of others... especially when those groups are so sure they're right. It's like... 'women shouldn't be ministers'. Or 'don't date a black person'.
It's not so much about the opinion but the way it is expressed and impacts on the lives of others- possibly negatively- that gets me fired up. And wishing people could change.
Anyway. I've got more to write but I'll stop here.

People can't always do the right thing. Sometimes they can but they don't. And other times they just don't know what the right thing is! Maybe there isn't one! But I agree that right and wrong are subjective concepts and differ between people. I can know what's right for me but not for you. Some things many people agree on, others have been controversial for centuries. I guess it comes with being imperfect and living in an imperfect world.
