It came down to the wire today. I was all psyched to buy a macbook. Tristan bugged me all day, and I finally went to the mall to get it. However, in a tragic turn of luck for Apple, I had to walk past the Sony store on my way to the Apple store. I looked inside, and they FINALLY had one of the UX series on display
