Anyone remember hearing this spring how global warming models predicted that this would be one of the worst hurricane seasons in history?

It feels like deja vu... they did the exact same thing last year. However I'm not sure if it's because of global warming, but that the forecasters were overreacting to a really bad year of hurricanes (Katrina) and wanted to be sure they didn't underestimate. I'm not sure if overestimating is much better, because now no one can really take them seriously. Obviously they don't know what the heck they're doing. Or maybe they do, but their models suck at predicting anything, so basically we can't believe anything they say.
