Ianto and his doubts. I've always believed he had them, and I like how you explained them away. I also liked how you expanded on the hand in the jar moment.

I feel for Ianto. Everything he's done since Canary Wharf has been geared towards helping Lisa get better, he can't afford to let doubts creep in because without Lisa to keep him going he knows he'd probably grind to a halt without the will to continue. She gives him purpose. At the same time though, he craves human contact, which makes him accidentally slip up and draw attention to himself, and he's irresistibly drawn to Jack who he knows could make him feel more intensely than he ever has. He has to keep pushing such feelings back down though, because too much is at stake.

Very nice look at Ianto's internal conflict. I think the constant fear and anxiety and doubt of his actions would just eat away at him.
