Reasons not to send your kid to work at a fast-food joint

That just boggles my mind. How could the manager be so STUPID?? I hope that kid gets millions from McD's

I don't really think she deserves anything from McDonalds..they didn't really do anything wrong. She should definately get something from the Manager and her Fiancee though.

I really don't understand how people can be so dumb. It just completely boggles my mind.

Yeah, I think she does- when you work for a company they have a responsibility to make sure that you aren't abused or mistreated by their employees or anything while you're there. Especially someone who is your supervisor. Granted, the boss was a fucking brainless idiot, but her treatment while there by other employees IS the company's problem.

well I dunno..i think it may work that way, but that's like saying if you get beat up in a bar you can sue the bar. It doesn't seem right.

Well, it's like any other sexual abuse case at a company by a company employee. What makes McDonalds so different that the rules that apply to other companies don't apply to them?

That's no reason not to have your kids work for a fast food restaurant. That could happen at any job :P.

That's just a reason not to be stupid and to make sure your kids know that if there's a problems with the cops, the cops will show up. Not do something over the phone.

Well, a psychiatrist or whatever that was discussing the case said that a large part of the reason this went so far was because people are trained not to question authority at all (think schools). As if I needed another reason to homeschool, hehe. My kids question every damn thing to the point of making me insane.

that's just fucking stupid. i can't imagine how anyone could not realise it being a hoax. that manager is fucking retarded, and her fiance is an ass for taking advantage of the situation. if they plead not guilty to their charges, they MUST at least plead guilty to being CERTIFIED STUPID!

Yeah, and did you watch the video? The boss is playing the 'it's not my fault, he said he was a cop' bullshit. You know, I can call someone up and tell them I'm a chocolate covered banana and that you need to do everything I tell you, but that doesn't mean that I AM.
