• What did you recently finish reading?

A bunch of rereads while I was feeling stressed and unwell recently: all three Howl's Moving Castle books (first is still easily the best), Connie Willis' Bellwether (fine, but fluffy) and Lincoln's Dreams (tied with To Say Nothing of the Dog for my favorite Willis).

Lincoln's Dreams is such a good book. I break it out every time I feel the need to sob hysterically for a few hours. I feel like it's got everything she was trying to do with Passage, but in a more streamlined, elegant container.

I almost didn't cry this time, until I hit the very end, but that last couple of lines...man. It's so perfect.
