Wait a minute - they're filming "The Rum Diary" in Wisconsin? I can understand why they shot Depp's "Public Enemies" here (the action took place in the Midwest, and Wisconsin had some nicely preserved buildings from the era). But how in the world is Wisconsin going to double for the Carribbean? Is it possible that this was somehow scrambled with an old casting call for Public Enemies?
