Mai also made a
terror prof fic so i thought i shouldn't make one, too but:
MACY: is this from your experience?? cause i was thinking of making a fic with a terror prof too. lol.
MAI: go write something about a terror prof! it’s bound to be different than this! XD
this is also a YamaShi... XDDDD
so here it is..
Saaya's POV
This school year, our senseis...
are extremes.
They are divided in black and white. It’s a little disconcerting but it’s also interesting.
Our Science Lab instructor is extremely jolly. The first day of school I thought he was Santa. It felt like it was Christmas, seriously. He always makes sound effects and exaggerated demonstrations to make the class laugh. Sometimes he even sings for us. I wish every teacher is like him.
Our English teacher is very strict. It’s irritating that she requires us to say everything in correct grammar, pronunciation and accent. Why do we need to?? We’re Japanese! Jeez!
Our Japanese teacher on the other hand is very talkative. Even just after our orientation, the class already knows about half of his life.
Our sensei in Math is too nice. It’s okay even if we’re late or absent with no excuse. And she teaches us so well.
Our teacher in Physical Ed. is very young and very beautiful. I think almost all the boys in our class have a crush on her. ‘Almost’ cause I’m sure Yamada, Nakajima, Chinen, and Sakamoto don’t fancy her and I know the reasons. I’m friends with them.
Our teacher in History is just annoying. Well, not really in a bad way. But still, annoying is annoying. He is nice enough. He always makes jokes and laughs with the class but oftentimes he would tease one of the students.
Days before, he asked Suzuka nonstop about his relationship with Yuto. He said he heard a rumor about them. Even when he started the lecture he still refers back to them. Yuto was so red that the boys kept laughing.
Then one time, he called Umika to the front and made her read about Kenzo Tange. Then he complimented her saying she was cute while reading. Chinen turned red but I don’t think it was for the same reasons Yuto did.
But that was nothing. His favorite target of all is Mirai. It’s really a good thing that Mirai could take a joke. Just last time, when the class was loud, sensei got angry and scolded us. But then he just got to ruin it by ending his litany with, “look at Shida-san, a model student” and then grinning like a maniac.
One time, Mirai raised her hand to recite and he called the attention of the class saying, “Quiet!! Shida-san is speaking!!” I think he’s a big and likely a stalker-ish type Shida Mirai fan.
But I don’t think our History Sensei is the only one who got their eyes on Mirai. Our worst and best teacher, our teacher in Science Lec is a terror. The whole class is actually dreading this subject. She doesn’t care if we’re celebrities and not science students. She wants us all to master her subject. And her favorite target is Mirai.
In our first lesson, she called us one by one and asked us questions about Science. If you’re wrong you’ll stay standing. If you stutter, you still stand. If you give the correct answer but didn’t use the right grammar, you’ll still stand.
That first day, Mirai couldn’t copy the lecture on the board because of her bad eye sight. She was sitting at the back because our teacher wanted us to be seated alphabetically. Sensei saw her notes and called her lazy. She then made her seat by her table. She made fun of her throughout the whole class, using her as an example for some science concepts and it wasn’t in a very humane way. She was jabbing her too much, it wasn’t funny at all. The whole class felt sorry for her. Suzuka and Kamiki were shooting daggers at her.
When our teacher was gone, Mirai broke down. She just cried. It was the first time seeing her like that and knowing it’s not an act. But I couldn’t really blame her.
It seems the whole class moved closer to her then. Suzuka and Nako were cheering her up but she continued crying. Then Yamada moved closer to her and I didn’t fail to notice the subtle movements of our boys. Nakajima, Chinen, Kamiki, Sakamoto and Kobayashi all surrounded the two quietly. You wouldn’t notice it at once if you didn’t know, but the boys completely blocked the two from the CCTVs.
I saw Yamada seizing Mirai’s hair, which was all over the place, and then bringing it to Mirai’s shoulder. Her hiccups stopped, but she continued crying silently while Yamada gently pats her on the back. I wasn’t too worried about her from then.
The following meeting, our sensei proved that she has favoritism. He called Yamada to recite and he got it wrong but still, she smiled at him and allowed him to sit back. He called him again and she went closer to him listening to his answer. She actually touched his arm. Okay... pedo-much??
After those meeting, I started seeing Yamada and Mirai studying before class. (It was more of Mirai teaching Yamada but let’s just consider it as “studying together’.) As usual, our sensei would still target those two during our class but they could now both answer her questions. But this didn’t stop her from taunting Mirai. In fact, I think it got worst. Her questions to Mirai became harder and harder.
I was actually dreading the subject for Mirai’s sake. During our next class with her, sensei was the same. I saw her looking at Mirai and I knew that she was about to call her, but then Yamada dropped his whole pencil case and the sound echoed throughout the room. He said a quick sorry and pick up all his things. After the whole fiasco, sensei started writing on the board.
The meeting after that, sensei brought visual aids and made Nakajima and Kobayashi set them up for her (since they’re so tall). I saw her then meeting eyes with Mirai and I knew what was coming. But then Yamada sneeze so loud the whole class, and even our sensei laughed. After that, sensei started explaining her visual aids.
Then just this morning, after arriving at the classroom, Sensei started explaining about measurements and said that we would have a graded recitation after the lesson. But the lesson didn’t end until the last minute because Yamada kept asking questions.
It was really sweet of him. I know I’m not the only one noticing what he's doing but no one would say a word about it.
While we were eating during lunch, Yamada went over to our table and talked to Mirai.
“Mirai, are you free tomorrow?”
“I don’t have work if that’s what you mean, But Ryo-chan, we have classes.” Mirai said, a little surprised.
“Can you skip class? Please? I need you in our segment.”
“Huh? Why would you need me there? Are you allowed to bring girls in your studio?”
“No. But...” he was quiet for a moment, he seems to be thinking about something very hard.
“Please?”
“Why?” Mirai asked.
Yamada sighed, and then he left without saying another word.
Mirai raised one eyebrow at us, “What was that about?”
I saw Yamada and Kamiki together after that. And, unintentionally, I overheard them talking.
“Kamiki, please protect Mirai! I couldn’t make her skip class tomorrow. I’m not there; I don’t know what would cruella do to her!”
“What could I do?”
“Just distract her! Sneeze! Faint! Play dead! Anything!”
I know it’s kind of serious but Yamada's antics made me smile. Mirai is really important to Yamada. Well, Mirai is really important to us all. She’s a good friend to everyone. But I know Yamada’s feelings for her go deeper.
Maybe I would distract sensei tomorrow. I don’t really understand why sensei likes bullying her. She’s very nice, and very smart. Is sensei an anti-fan?
During homeroom, I was made to go to the faculty room by our homeroom (Math) sensei to get the new memo for her and that’s when I understood everything.
Our terror teacher’s table is filled with pictures. Pictures of Yamada and Mirai... Pictures of them during their TGQ, pictures of them here in school, pictures of them in TV segments, even magazine clippings where they are together.
So she’s not an anti-fan.
She’s a hardcore YamaShi-fan.
I therefore conclude that our senseis this year are extremes.
END.
