My mom insisted that I come up and watch Sarah Palin's speech, and after about a half-hour of her screechyvoice I couldn't listen any more. Apparently her speechwriters stuck in lots of one-liners though, because my mom was giggling through the whole thing. I just got a 1TB external drive, and finally got around to drilling holes in my bookshelf/desk for wiring, and am about halfway done with painting our garage. I also went on a two-hour bike ride and a two-hour cross-country horse ride today so my backside is sore. I must remember to make this again, and I'll put it down here to remind myself. Everyone loved the dinner and ate far more than necessary! I messed about with most of it and invented quite a bit but it worked out in the end! Italian-ish themed until dessert, which I could adjust the next time around.
