Spirit points have been an interesting, and somewhat touchy, subject this year. Mostly because they're hard to pull off well... that is, it can be hard to pull one off without costing your team a point, or without insulting the other team. For example, if your team is up 10-3 in a game and you decide you want to lighten the game up with a spirit

umm I've seen people quack like ducks but it's quite uncommon from the teams I've played with or against. although I think it would really be worth it to try that this Friday just to see what would happen.

I've heard of a variation of the turtle, where the players act like bacon frying in a pan, and the handler calls "fry bacon, fry."

the calling is key, so that the other team doesn't think their opponent's gatorade has been poisoned and they're all going into convulsions.
