1. Why does Hawkeye specifically play Koa'ki Meiru?
2. Why does Aki think Trump would be a great president?

1) I'm not quite sure I understand the "specifically" part. Do you mean why does he play the archetype, or why does he play the archetype and nothing else, or what?
2) Because Japanese people love it when presidents are weird-looking.

Is there literally anybody else in the entire city that Hawkeye would be able to be on a team with?
Run me through the Blackhawks-Canucks series from Hawkeye's point of view. Optionally, the Preds series too. Double optionally, any other series you feel inclined towards.
What did Ushio think when he heard Yuusei got his shit ruined by Ghost?

- Not anymore. He's learned how much work it is to get used to new teammates, and he wouldn't have it in him to try it again.
- Hawkeye mostly got into the series so that he could get on Alexandra's nerves. He doesn't have time to watch every single game the Canucks play, and he started getting annoyed when the series lasted so long. He uses the result to take occasional shots at Alexandra still, but he stopped watching the playoffs so closely afterward.
- "Well...shit. Better go on patrol with a partner from now on."

Does Ushio have a grudge against Yuugi still?

Given that he wouldn't have seen the midget for something in the realm of thirty years by this point, I highly doubt it.

Is he still under the effects of that Penalty Game, for that matter?

I've never really bothered with that part of Ushio's history anyway.
