Hmmn he doesn't fit the stereotypical bad guy model but he isn't exactly squeaky clean either so yes I will agree with Ron De Lite he would make a good friend as well as a romantic interest, he wouldn't flirt with other girls (just look how loyal he is with Dessie) and he would be able to open up around your friends and I can see him getting married in jail (if it did indeed come to that).

I actually say Matt Engarde, because I want to be the one vote that's different, XDDDDDDDDD. Although I do also say Ron DeLite, because the entire thing just reads him, hehehe. :D
