CHARACTER CLAIM POST
Here's the meat of any RP - the application!
When filling out the application, try to be as detailed as possible. We want to know how you write, how well you know the character you're applying for, and also how creative you are in your interpretation. It's all right to draw from canon and "create" extra hobbies and backstories for the characters, as long as they fit in with what we DO know about them.
Keep in mind also that the timeline of the RP is a few weeks after Trials and Tribulations (GS3). You have the freedom to decide what your character has been up to since then. If you're taking a GS4 character, don't forget that they're 7 years younger than they appear in the game!
If you're a veteran of GSRP, it's all right for you to refresh and re-submit your old application. But you will have to submit an app of some kind so we can keep straight who's who!
EDIT: Do not cut and paste information from Court Records' character bios into your application.

If you want to take a GS4 character, you MUST have played/spoiled yourself for the cases he or she appears in. We want to make sure you have a good grasp on the character!

If their name isn't on the list, we're not accepting applications for them. However, some side characters like Mia Fey, Bruto Cadaverini, and Shelly de Killer may be used on a "need to use" temporary basis.
EDIT: Drew and Vera have been removed after the mods talked it over and realized the potential danger they pose. They might be brought back later for a specific event, depending on the course of the RP.
EDIT: Also, beware of reading other people's applications, as many of them contain spoilers for T&T and GS4.
