Four pillars bioethics shits me. Argh. I want to smash it in the face with a hammer.

That article is...interesting. On the one hand, it is basically a giant "please see my earlier paper on this topic where I provided a fuller argument." And it seems to complain that the guidelines provide a too-vague understanding by being too-specific. On the other hand, I think I agree with the spirit of it.
