It's been 4 months now and no weight loss. I do see changes but not huge ones. I see that I'm more toned but it sucks that all that toned muscle is still buried under a significant layer of fat. I know you've read tons of books about food and dieting. But if you just use your own sane mind and look at how you live (exercise, relaxation time and food etc), what do you think about yourself? Are there things that bother you about your lifestyle? Or do you think you eat too much etc?
