You eat a lot of different vegetables I notice : )

I don't understand the difference between taco, fajita and wraps...

I'm a vegetable head :) They're just so good I don't know why more people don't eat their veggies or in the case of shakeology drink it ;-)

A taco usually involves a hard corn tortilla shell and the meat of choice is grounded *beef, chicken or turkey*. Fajitas include whole meats that are grilled like steak, chicken or even shrimp and are wrapped in a soft tortilla. Tacos can also be wrapped in soft tortillas for what is called a soft taco but the meat is still grounded in order for it to be a taco and not a fajita ;) And wraps are made with deli meats like turkey, roast beef, chicken, etc and then mayonnaise/mustard dressings topped with lettuce and tomato.
