Temporary moment of insanity and snapping food binges over. It's back to basics.

BREAKFAST - Cottage Cheese w/fruit & Spinach, turkey bacon, egg over easy [243 calories]
Eh, I sort of over cooked my egg so no delicioso runny yolk inside. Boo! Still tasted awesome though, not gonna lie :p

I wonder what your drink tastes like. What is chocolate shakeology?

chocolate shakeology is a powder mix of acai berry, golgi berries, and all kinds of vitamins, etc. sort of like making a shake from whey protein powder you know? i like to call it drinking your veggies :) it can best be explained here at my site. check it out. and it is really delicious!! i love it!! had it again today for lunch :)

Where do you buy this stuff? I don't think we have this at our supermarkets. I know the health food store has a section with dieting things and also things for growing muscles etc. Not literally. I mean, when you're exercising at a high level, you need more proteins etc. I wonder if that's the same thing you are using.
