So, I find myself laid up from hurting my back at work. I did a number to it. I bulged/torn/slipped my disk. So far I've had 3 epidural shots of cortisone and Physical Therapy. Yeah!!! So I moved back to Philly. Not really liking the winters at all. But its not Summer. so thats pretty good. I kind of miss Florida..you know. I was able to go down there a couple of weeks ago for vacation. I so did not want to leave at all.
