so i had a few really bad days. it sucks. also i have NO MONEY right now so eating good food is becoming a bit of a problem. ugh.

I recommend trying to stock up at a SAMS club or wholesaler, on healthy foods, even if it just ends up being frozen fruits & veggies and chicken or something. Get some staple foods and work from there, if that is possible.

Otherwise, another idea is to look into whether your area has a project sharefood type thing, where you do community service and get some food out of it. it's always healthy type foods.

How much pasta was it? One cup of spaghetti noodles without sauce is around 200 calories for the brand my mom buys. Same with elbow macaronis.

not tonnes probably 1.5 cups but i made cream sauce YIKES. well with milk and a little butter and then a but load of veggies.
